Though woven with nothing but pixels and light, I return full circle in Woven Series to my roots in drawing, painting, and textiles. One of my interests in this series is to create an experience for the viewer in which perception is altered as the work is approached. From a distance the 40"x40" prints on canvas may appear to be paintings, while a close-up view reveals the linear and woven aspects. Woven into this series is my love and concern for planet Earth along with a desire to visualize the unseen forces in nature - to make the invisible visible.          ~dgKaufman
